I picked these up off Ali-express recently for 6mm modern gaming. They were $5 -12US per 100 lights which is very good value, and not worth trying to make your own. You can also find ones with tiny LEDs but I wasn’t going to try that out!

1/300th street Lights – link

These are great and look the right scale. There is a mold line but it is quick and easy to cleanup. I’ll probably give them a quick spray of light grey and some light weathering around the base.

1/300th street (motorway) lights – link

Again great models which will work very well. I like that they have plastic pins so I can just drill a hole and mount them.

1/500th older style street lights – link

Although advertised as 1/500th they look way to chunky for 1/300th, but might work for 12-15mm. I suspect if they were true 1/300th scale they would be too fragile or too short.
